Corporate structuring as from a tax and commercial perspectives: Analysis of different jurisdictions involved. We are Luxembourg tax specialists, with a solid international tax background. We envisage structuring solutions via any jurisdictions, even benefiting of our international professional network.
As from a Luxembourg perspective, different legal/corporate alternatives are at your disposal;
Regulated entities: UCITS (taking into account all the amendments UCITS III, IV and V), SIF, SICAR;
Unregulated entities: SOPARFI;
In the real estate business, as from a French legal/regulatory and tax perspective, we are specialized in the structuring via the French OPCI enacted by the French Ordonnance no. 2005-1278 dated 13 October 2005.
Assistance on the financing strategy: We are specialised in the legal and tax aspects connected to several financing alternatives (e.g. hybrid instruments).
If necessary, we have a direct liaison with the tax administrations.

Agile structure means maximum flexibility. In this sense we are capable to adapt to the sudden changes entailing emerging new trends. Throughout the years, Archon has always bet on the power of specialization, targeting niches in any markets it accessed. We have achieved a solid know-how in the structuring via sociétés de personne, and Organismes de Placement Collectif en Immobilier (OPCI, the French real estate investment funds), being the first in Luxembourg to bet on the successful structuring between Luxembourg and France for real estate investment purposes. Archon well capitalized the deriving know-how and educated the majority of Luxembourg trust companies regarding this successful scheme.

We established a private equity Platform so as to develop all the lifecycle of the business acquisition and management – as from an international structuring rather than restructuring perspectives. Archon’s platform achieved an important output in sectors like beverage, energy, hi-tech and bio-health. We have gained a solid expertise in the real estate acquisitions and management. Besides managing the traditional business development, we have bet in the business niche of drones, we have coordinated and structured the setting up of a fast ferry-boat transportation system in Réunion Island and subsequently replicate the same model in Africa (Angola).
